  1. Eligibility for Refund
  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of product delivery.
  • Products must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) must be provided when requesting a refund.
  1. Warranty Certificate Compliance Refunds will only be considered if you have strictly followed the guidelines mentioned in the warranty certificate. Failure to comply with warranty terms and conditions will make you ineligible for a refund.
  2. Non-Refundable Items
  • Customized HPL sheets or specially designed products.
  • Products damaged due to mishandling, improper installation, or external causes.
  1. Refund Process
  • To initiate a refund, please contact our support team at support@renukahpl.com with your order details.
  • Once your refund request is approved, the product must be shipped back to us at your expense.
  • After inspection of the returned product, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
  1. Cancellations
  • Orders can only be canceled before dispatch. Once the product is shipped, the refund policy will apply.
